Backorders & Out of Stock
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions. Since soap takes 3-4 weeks to cure before using there will be times I will have to wait before I can ship an order if the soap is not ready.

Return Policy & Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed. We accept returns for store credit only. We are unable to accept used soaps, bath and body products. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or give you store credit. We are unable to refund the freight charges.
