Sudsations is a small home based business where all products are handmade. All soaps are made from scratch using the Cold Process soapmaking method.
All of my soaps are made with 100% pure vegetable oils. Olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil are used in all of my soaps. Cocoa butter is added to the Cocoa Butter soap and shea butter and cocoa butter are added to the Baby Soap. Jojoba oil is added to my soaps as a nutrient oil for additional skin-care benefits. Botanicals are used for color and texture. Pure essential oils are used for fragrance. Fragrance oils, which are man made, are used when an essential oil is not available for a particular fragrance.
Essential oils are essences that are extracted from bark, leaves, petals, resins, rinds, roots, seeds, stalks and stems of aromatic plants through distillation or expression. A plant's essential oil is a unique blend of that plant's characteristics. Handmade soaps are enriched by including these oils and their offerings.
